Applift is operated pre-launch. This site is provided "as is" — no warranties of availability, fitness, or non-infringement. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or extract data from the site by automated means.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access at launch, and joining does not create any binding agreement to provide service. We may close the waitlist or change the offering at any time.
Communications
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive launch-related email from hello@applift.to. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Followers B.V.'s liability arising from your use of this site is limited to direct damages and capped at EUR 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms before launch. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or the waitlist shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
